I bought a 3-hour Wi-Fi plan, but they didn't mention it only includes 100MB total. This feels like false advertising. Once I hit the 100MB limit, the service was cut off, despite having a 3-hour plan. Customer service responded but didn't address my concerns adequately.
I bought a 3-hour Wi-Fi plan, but they don't mention that it's limited to just 100MB total. This feels like false advertising. Once you hit the 100MB limit, your service is cut off, no matter the plan you chose. Here’s a snippet from customer service: "I didn't buy a 100MB plan. My receipt clearly states I purchased a 3-hour Standard Wi-Fi plan." The response from the support team acknowledged my frustration but stated that I had purchased a limited data pack, which can run out quickly, leading to the service ending once the limit is reached.
I just had one of the worst Wi-Fi experiences on a flight. I paid around 20 USD for a plan meant to keep me connected, but I couldn't even load emails properly. The connection was unreliable, yet they claimed I used nearly 300 MB, using that as an excuse to deny a refund. The service was simply not adequate for a major airline.
I would give zero stars if possible. This service feels like a scam! I bought a 3-hour plan for US$15.98 without knowing about the 100MB limit. I had no connection and was informed about the limit only after my usage was exhausted. I wouldn't have purchased it had I known. Be cautious and avoid wasting your money!
After posting this review, they refunded me, so I’ll give it 2 stars. I bought a messenger app pack, but it didn't work. They refused a refund because of minimal data usage. Many others have had similar experiences. The airline should consider a better provider.
This service is a total scam. I paid USD 3.99 for a messaging package and couldn't even access the portal afterward. None of the advertised apps loaded, and when I sought a refund, they claimed I exceeded an undisclosed data limit. They kept shifting responsibility. Think carefully before purchasing a Wi-Fi package on a flight.
This service is a total scam. I paid for an in-flight messaging plan to use Facebook Messenger, but it never worked. They denied my refund request due to background data usage, even though the service was completely useless. Poor policies and no accountability—don't waste your money.
