If your data and domain are important to you, steer clear. Complaining will lead to account deletion rather than resolution.

I transferred my .EU domain to a platform. After the transfer, the expiration date in the registry was set for 31.5.2025. However, this company deleted my domain 1.5 years before the expiration date. They consider the expiration date as the end of their billing period. If you are no longer interested in their services, they terminate everything and also delete the domain from the registry without regard for the expiration date. Everything else worked fine, but their handling of the remaining expiry period was a significant and unpleasant surprise. Thus, only 1 star, as this approach poses a substantial risk of losing the domain with minimal oversight.
