I've had a website and email through Site123 for about six years. It's mostly been alright, but recently, I've been unable to access my email on and off. This happened twice within the past week. The first time they fixed it within half and hour or so. No problem, I understand things go wrong sometimes. However, it happened again six days later, and I now haven't been able to access my business email for over 24 hours. They haven't responded to my enquiry this morning. Don't sign up with this company. They will do what they can to ruin your business and say things like "I'll pass that feedback along to our team." No, you won't. Fix my email. It's not a lot to ask.
