Dreadful. After being with them for over 10 years the service has declined steadily. The tipping point for me was a 50% increase in my bill (I have a reseller plan) without warning. They claimed it was to continue improving services, technology etc but I have seen none of these benefits over the years - in fact in most cases just the opposite.Many queries (at least 75%) have been not been resolved and rather than pursue them further after several emails leading nowhere I cut my losses and found workarounds.I recently drew their attention to my overall dissatisfaction and that I'd be leaving them. The reply simply restated their reason for increasing prices and there was no attempt to retain my custom or reward my loyalty so far.My advice is to stay away.
