I am also a former IX Webhosting client and Site5 is horrible! I cancelled them when they took over, after a lot of fighting they finally refunded me in May. Now, months later they have charged me again! After I told them to cancel everything. And mind you, I never gave them my card info, IX apparently did that. They are again refusing to refund me telling me that charge was for the domain. Really, I told them to close my account and never charge me again so no, I should not get a charge for the domain. I don't even have a website anymore. So if you are a former IX, watch your account close.
