Last week my websites were moved to site5 from hostexcellence.com as site5 have bought them out. Everything stopped working since then. There customer service just keeps on raising tickets. They are so crap that they dont even know how to run/fix a perl script, how to give permissions etc etc etc and i dont have access. Unfortunately I renewed hosting service with hostexcellence 3 weeks back for next 2 years and iam still in old billing cycle. Still they are not willing to refund me for next cycle(which have not even started yet.). My websites have not worked for a single day since i moved to them and i cant see them working for next few months atleast as there are errors in every step and their servers dont seem to set up to handle anything and on top of that the customer service does not know what to do about it. If anyone is trying to take legal action against them then please let me know and i will join.
