I was happy with Site 5 until they were purchased a couple years ago. Service and support were not that great for the first 2 years but they were so cheap, I put up with it. But now, the servers go down at least once a month, they no longer have a phone number so all support is through chat or online tickets. The chat support sessions are a solid hour of idiots that have no idea what they are doing and eventually just fill out a support ticket for follow up by another support admin. The support tickets are usually 24 hours before I get a response and can take a week to resolve. My VPS has gone down every single day for the last 3 weeks. I can't get the files off of the server because it is down so frequently. I've had site 5 just randomly change MX records from local host to remote host - without permission. It is a real nightmare. I've lost clients over their incompetence an down time. I don't usually take the time to share online reviews, but Site 5 is so terrible, I feel a responsibility to warn others - it is really, really, really terrible hosting.
