I have a reseller account with Site5 and have done for over 12 years and in that time I have slowly watched the wonderful service they once offered being slowly eroded away to nothing. You can only contact them via chat and more than once I have been charged twice for a service I have ordered to the point of verifying with the person each time that I will only be charged once not twice. They have promised faithfully that they will do whatever I have asked of them and I had one situation where I had to threaten to contact their CEO if they didn't get what I needed done NOW (72 hours later) ! You shouldn’t have to beg a company you are paying to provide the service they promote they offer. It all comes down to money of course everything else has fallen by the wayside. I predict Site5 won’t be with us for much longer if they don’t sharpen their game but based on the reviews I have read here today I don’t hold out much hope. They don’t deserve to be in business if truth be told. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
