When I started using site5 i was impressed by their customer service: each time something happened they helped me fixing the problem within few hours.Now the CS has been outsourced to some external company and it became ridiculous. Each time I ask for help I get a random answer, to which I have to reply to please read my request before answering, then I get another random answer and this keeps repeating. In one occasion they even messed up my site and I had to pay a developer to get me back on track.This is absolutely unacceptable, a company transforming their strongest asset in their biggest fault doesn't deserve anyone's business.
