Autorenewed hosting without my consent and took over £1,000 for 36months subscription. They sent an email, but it went into spam. I should have been more on it, but there is never a need to be paid 36 months in advance and this sort of thing is sharp practice. Wouldn't even consider a partial refund for the unused portion. They said their payment system can't handle it, which is nonsence. They can send a bank transfer like anyone else. STAY AWAY!
