My website haas been the target of malicious attacks including plugin removal, recoding, redirecting, hidden malware, removal of contact form, removal of anchor links, database hacking and a myriad of other challenges.
All of the staff at Siteground offering expert care services were fantastic at addressing and fixing every problem step by step to the point where my website is now completely updated, clean, operationally sound and secure with automaterd site scanning and new complex user passwords to the backend.
The reports of the work completed after every task was clear simple and understandable.

Radil was amazing in fixing my URGENT issue with a full hosting platform that needed some clean up and was over Quota. With a heavy CMS Wordpress website I didnt know where or how to find files to delete to clear some space. Radil found a 2gb file immediately and helped me sort the issues with hosting and limited access to site tools. Gave me amazing advice and trained me in how to do these things for the future. Not one cost to me but just amazing after hours hosting support for a customer who was in need of help. Cannot recommend enough to Radil and the SG Team.
as per the usual, and i never tire of telling this to folks looking for a good hosting company, i am always exceedingly glad to point them to siteground for several reasons, but mainly for their excellent tech support. Now i do not like AI, although it has its place, but what i really like are their personnel. Top Notch. The Best. Period.
