Ordered salt blocks on 15th May waited 15 day for delivery as par T&C on the website. On 5th June texted the company and was told it will be delivered on 8th or 9th (weekend). Received a text message on Saturday 9th June to inform me due to broken down vehicle unable to deliver until following weekend. As I only had enough salt to last me a couple of days I suggest to deliver on week days but apparently the person who covers Kent area only delivers at weekend but I live in Surrey.I ordered from this company before always making the same excuses. The proprietor is Rude, Arrogant, Aggressive. He clearly needs to take a course in Customer acquisition clear he hasn't got a clue about how to engage or talk to his customers. I asked him to give me a solution as I will out of salt before the weekend. He response was either wait, collect it myself or have a refund, I took the refund didn't want to deal with a child. He will deny all this because all his customers are liars.
