Review Time
I ordered salt on 24th December 2025. I took into account the Christmas period and assumed the company would be back in action on 5th January. I started to contact them in mid-January, and each time I called to check order progress, a message told me to email. Every one of my emails was ignored until finally I'd had enough and contacted my bank for a chargeback. Within days of doing this, without any notice, salt was left outside my house for any passerby to see. The next thing, I finally got an email, but it was threatening me with legal action if I didn't reverse the change back within 48 hours. We did order once before with this company, and from memory, it was all straightforward. I understand times are hard for us all and particularly for businesses, so I have to assume staff cuts here, but this is no way to treat customers and eventually may lead to no business. The person who sent the email sounded very stressed and sad. I feel sorry for him and hope he manages to reflect, calm down and get help for the sake of his health. Needless to say, he has lost my custom.

Avoid this company like the plague. Orders vanish for months, emails go unanswered, and the owner, Daniel, is the root of the problem—arrogant, evasive, and never accountable. Customer service doesn’t exist, prices are ok but not the best, and there are countless better businesses who won’t waste your time. Steer well clear.Final update – 13th Sept: What a surprise , The owner refuses responsibility, deflects blame, and exposes himself as both dishonest and inept. He lacks integrity, professionalism, and even basic decency. His company is a sham, and he himself is the clearest reason to stay far away.
☆☆☆☆Rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional – avoid at all costsI had been a loyal customer for a long time, even though past orders were often delayed and I had to chase them for updates each time. I was patient and understanding — but clearly, they took advantage of that.I placed an order on April 4th, during a “buy 3, get 1 free” offer. The order was delayed for over 3 months, and not once did they send an update or apology. Then, without any notice, they only sent half the order. There was no communication or explanation about why the order was incomplete or when the rest would arrive.I contacted them to ask about it — politely at first — and received an incredibly rude and sarcastic reply. Instead of resolving the issue, they blamed me, said they didn’t want customers “with my attitude,” told me that leaving a review would be a “waste of time,” and cancelled the rest of my order out of spite.The level of arrogance and lack of accountability was shocking. This is a business that does not value customer loyalty, does not take responsibility for its failures, and has zero professionalism when things go wrong.There are plenty of other companies offering similar products — I strongly recommend you take your money elsewhere and avoid this one altogether.
Product is fine but the speed of delivery very poor.. communication was not great, and the excuses for late delivery was not good enough. Also order 9 packs on a deal weekend which should have given me one pack for free….
