I ordered a bag and paid for shipping that should have covered duties and taxes, but now the courier is asking for additional fees. It cost $150 to ship an $80 bag. I've tried contacting them, but the phone is out of service, the chat is unhelpful, and my emails are ignored. Very disappointing.
