Extremely Poor Customer Support

Very disappointing experience

My experience has been incredibly disappointing. Despite numerous emails, I've been completely ignored. Their customer service is nonexistent, which is frustrating when trying to resolve issues. Additionally, there's no tracking for your order, leaving you uncertain about its status. I expected much better from a brand that claims to be premium. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Ignored by the company after purchase

I ordered a large meal prep bag for $150. Upon receiving it, I realized it wasn't suitable due to an unseen design flaw. I made several attempts to contact the company via email, but they never responded to my refund requests. Fortunately, my bank helped after they confirmed the lack of response from the company. Avoid purchasing anything from them!

No way to contact the company

There's no way to reach this company. We paid for a product that was never shipped and have sent multiple emails to different addresses, only to have them returned. The contact number isn't valid either. Do not order from them.

Unexpected shipping fees

I ordered a bag for $119 and chose standard shipping, only to have it change to an international option that included hefty duties and fees. UPS then charged me an additional $56 upon delivery. The company has ignored all my inquiries. I do not recommend them.
