I returned my dress to Six Stories as the dress just wasn’t for me. The quality of the satin was amazing and the colour was beautiful!
I had an issue with my refund not being submitted after I had returned the parcel so I emailed customer service and was put through to Joanna who quickly resolved my issue and apologised, despite the issue being the courier and not on their behalf. The refund was issued to me after a few hours of me sending the email.
The customer service throughout has been excellent and I will definitely purchase from Six Stories again in the future. A lovely company with high quality products and customer service!
