Always had a pleasant experience with Six Stories dresses having been a bridesmaid wearing one before to now using them for my own wedding. In addition, the customer service team is fabulous, in particular Anjelica who was a star in helping me when my order got lost in transit. Would highly recommend!
Royal Mail totally screwed up delivering my parcel and I emailed Six Stories asking for help or advice on what to do and they were brilliant! Sophie messaged back so quickly, and confirmed that she thought the parcel was lost, but that they would resend the whole thing as it wasn’t my fault that Royal Mail had completely failed! I was so impressed, and very grateful - really lovely company and so friendly and helpful.
It was actually free! There was no add ons or sign ups, I got a ‘bride to be’ veil for free! I only paid for postage which is absolutely fine. It got delivered within 3 days, it’s lovely quality and I cannot wait to be wearing it on my hen do!! Thank you!

Emailed customer support looking for some general advise to when a particular dress what going to be restocked. I signed up to the “notify me” service however, everytime I went back to the website it still said “sold out.” I was not expecting such a speedy response from Camille who reassure me the dresses will be restocked sometime in the next few weeks. With my wedding day fast approaching this reassured me a lot that we will get the dress we all loved. Thank you Camille, you’re a star. Xo

When my gorgeous bride to be veil arrived with a broken comb, it simply took one email for Joanna to solve the issue and assure me that a replacement item would be sent out.
