The vehicle I received was clean, well maintained, and exactly as agreed. No unpleasant surprises, no discussions, no pressure.Both the handover and the return process were smooth, professional, and efficient. Everything was clearly explained, transparent, and handled in a calm and respectful manner. This is exactly what you expect from a professional international rental company.I want to explicitly mention that I have had many bad experiences in the UAE in the past, especially with some rental providers at the airport.
