DO NOT USE THIS CAR HIRE COMPANYThey are using their customer to gain money for damage that was already in existence on a vehicle. I would be interested in knowing if anyone else has had to pay for damage to a blue polo recently. My hire was in december 2023.TERRIBLE SERVICE also. I booked to pickup the vehicle at 8am but no staff arrived until 9.15The car was not parked in the indicated parking space. So it took me a while to find it. The list of existing damage to the car was extensive, a warning light came on after 10 mins of driving. And the windscreen wipers had never been replaced. They were terrible and I had to drive for 8hrs in the rain.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
