I rented a car in October 2018 at Geneva Airport. On returning the car the Sixt employee took the key and said he would send us an email despite the fact we ask to check the car straight away as it's done with other car rental companies.10 days later, we were told that the tyre was damaged which we contested. We asked for photos which were send with no dates or time marked on them !!! Two months later we got a bill for CHF 450.00 for changing a tyre..... Of course we will never use this company again as it is all a SCAM and it is bringing down the reputation of Switzerland.
