Very concerning experience. The rental was quoted at approximately 670 CHF but increased to close to 1000 CHF after additional products were added without clear or meaningful explanation at the counter. The agreement was presented only in Swiss francs and processed very quickly, with limited English spoken, making it difficult to properly review or give fully informed consent to the additional charges.
I will be formally reviewing these charges and pursuing this through the appropriate consumer and financial dispute channels if necessary. I would strongly recommend that the company improves transparency around optional extras, particularly for international customers. Based on this experience, I would not choose this provider again.
I rented a vehicle for my birthday and embarked on a road trip to Colmar in France to explore the Christmas market, as well as some scenic drives in Switzerland. The entire journey was incredible and truly unforgettable. I drove a comfortable SUV that was perfect for both city and long-distance travel. A special thanks to the representative who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, making the rental process smooth and enjoyable from the beginning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with the service. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would certainly rent again!
Alquilé un coche para mi cumpleaños y realicé un viaje por carretera a Colmar en Francia para visitar el mercado navideño, y también recorrà un poco Suiza. Todo el viaje resultó ser increÃble y verdaderamente memorable. Conduje un SUV y me encantó — cómodo, suave y perfecto tanto para conducir en la ciudad como para viajes largos. Quisiera agradecer especialmente al personal — fueron muy amables, serviciales y profesionales, haciendo que todo el proceso de alquiler fuera fácil y agradable desde el principio. El personal fue atento, amable, servicial y muy eficiente. Esto no siempre es el caso con las compañÃas de alquiler de coches, pero en esta ocasión, recibimos un servicio excepcional. Será nuestra elección cuando regresemos a Suiza.
