Unjustified small overcharges just to get a car, due to the company’s lack of service. If you try to cancel your online payment because you’re not receiving proper service and they’re demanding additional money, you won’t get a full refund.
Will I use this service again? No. Would I recommend it to anyone? Definitely not.
