Extremely Disappointed - Predatory Fees & Bad Faith"
I rented a car with SIXT (RA 9606928384) and was shocked to be charged $71.44 for tolls. The actual toll usage was only $7.48, but SIXT added $63.96 in 'administrative fees' ($15.99/day). This is an 850% markup! To make matters worse, they charged my credit card while a formal dispute was still open and being discussed via email. Total lack of transparency, honesty, and respect for the consumer. I do not recommend SIXT to anyone. They prioritize abusive profits over customer service.
