I usually get great service at this location at 20 Morris street. I am a diamond member and rent about 6 months out of the year. When I got my car (a lovely upgrade) I saw that the gas was a bit under 3/4 of a tank. I would say 5/8 full. Not a problem as I was only going to Boston. However, I failed to check the agreement before I left. They had marked it as full. I returned the car at about 4/8 or a bit over. I was then charged 100 bucks to refuel the car. I called and wrote but they had it marked on the agreement as full upon checkout. I will always now check the agreement before I leave. I was very disappointed that no actions were taken to rectify my situation. But I have no proof other than my word. Lesson learned.
