I made a reservation for a car pickup at 00:30 and paid directly on the company's website. When I arrived at the airport, no one was there, only a sign indicating they would return at 05:00. I had paid everything in advance. The phone support confirmed my booking was correct, but the department was closed at that time. I received no help and no refund was given. Thank you very much.
