First, I reserved a Peugeot E-2008 through the Amex travel app for a good price (I also knew that I would have to pay additional fees for not being 23 yet and for taxes). I get to the counter at the airport, and surely enough I get told that my car is not available and the guy says he can give me a replacement, except this replacement is way smaller and not even an suv, just a small compact car. Surely enough, this wouldn鈥檛 fit my party of 5 so he says I need to upgrade which I already was shady about. I end up having to go with a sedan that charges me an extra 13 EUR extra per day, even though I should have gotten offered a similar sized car to what I initially reserved prior. Not only that, after calculating all of the new fees, the total came out to 110.06 EUR. There was the additional 300 EUR security deposit, so the total hold on my card should have been 410.06 EUR. When I look on the right side of the agreement, I got a hold of 446.75 EUR. This number doesn鈥檛 even match up with what was actually held on my card (which was roughly 535 USD). This company is such a scam, I wish I could give them 0 stars as opposed to 1 star. They don鈥檛 even deserve 1 star since after I tried to talk to customer support and got passed to over 5 different reps, none of which were helpful. I am told now to email their support team, even though I can tell they just want to post my bill to my card and not actually assist me. I originally booked this for 111 USD (which was prepaid on my AMEX) and now there鈥檚 a hold of over 535 USD on my Credit card. This rental car should have been around 200 USD all fees included by the end, now it鈥檚 gonna easily be 300 dollars or more. Don鈥檛 use this scam service, they have people working at their desks where it is their job to just find ways to upcharge you. I would advise to use literally any other service. Don鈥檛 book online either, they鈥檒l find a way to make it at least double to triple the price of what you booked.

I had a fantastic experience with the team. They were very professional and efficient, handling everything swiftly and pleasantly.
