I made a reservation for a car pickup at 00:30 and paid directly on the company's website. However, when I got to the airport, no one was there, just a sign stating they would return at 05:00. I had paid everything in advance. The phone support confirmed my booking was correct, yet the department was closed at that hour. I received no assistance and no refund was issued.
