The pick up was good, with friendly and informative attendant. The car was great. The drop off was horrible! The location had changed, but we were not given the new drop off address. It took an hour and a half to find it. Then we were not told about a scratch being discovered during the drop off inspection. We didn’t receive our final payment notice for 4 days after drop off.
