Unable to return vehicle due to access issues

Stuck unable to return the vehicle. The return area at the airport is blocked by a boom gate that requires a code for access, which was not provided. With a 7am flight, we needed to return the car at 4am. I spoke to five different representatives, but none knew the code, and every time they tried to escalate or transfer the call, it disconnected. One representative even suggested leaving the vehicle on the road with the key hidden behind the tire. It's astonishing how a company of this size can operate in such a manner.
