I write this to caution others. I had used Sixt for the last 20 years successfully however the experience i endured in Rome Italy was the most unprofessional and unethical experience i have ever encountered.
I was given a car with cut tires and 20 other damaged areas many fully visible. I requested a similar replacement vehicle and Sixt refused to assist. please believe ALL the terrible reviews…. they are crooks!
