I received notice from them that I was now responsible for a one inch line cosmetic abrasion on the passenger mirror - and they are attempting to charge me $400 for the repair and being 'out of service'. "Damage' on their own contract is 'a scratch through the paint down to the metal - This is a injection molded black plastic and a clear coat scratch only. Be aware that some facilities will use 'damage' as a means of extra income, by charging exorbitant repair costs and then not actually repairing the vehicle, as this location is attempting to do.
