No accountability, no customer service

Through one of Sixty's store fronts (sheds.co.uk), I purchased a shed. This did not arrive when it was supposed to (twice) nor as it was supposed to (poor quality and broken). It's been weeks of trying to speak to someone on the phone (fat chance, only the sales people seem to be contactable by phone) and emails sit unanswered for days or even weeks. In one response, Wendy, the Head of Operations, simply invalidated my experience by saying there had been no service issues on their side. This was demonstrably not true. Despite the return having happened, I still have not got my money back, nor confirmation of when I will get my money back. No way to escalate a complaint - shady company. Trading Standards and Advertising Standards have now been involved too.
