Ordered pricey trainers on the 21st for my daughter's birthday on the 1st of December. The parcel was initially sent out on Friday the 21st, but it was damaged in transit and returned by the courier before arriving. Fair enough, a second pair was sent. They were either left on my doorstep and stolen within 20 minutes, or the courier kept them! Proof of postage was just a picture of my unopened door. The third pair was sent out and eventually arrived on the 1st, but the packaging was flimsy, and the box was completely squashed – I've received shoes in better condition from second-hand sellers! Really disappointing first order experience and I won't be using this service again unless they change their courier.
