I was served by Rob who was very helpful. Also, the gentleman on the till was very nice unfortunately didn't get his name. I wanted a pair of the Valentine's Adidas Handball trainers and I was so happy to find a pair in your store after having issues buying them from a different shop. You had these in store and they looked in perfect condition and had both pairs of laces which the other shop did not have. Also, these were on sale so £20 cheaper in your store. My husband also got a different pair of the handball trainers and he was happy with those. The carrier bag was very reasonably priced for only 50p for a fabric bag not just a plastic or paper bag. I was honestly so excited I managed to get the pair of trainers I wanted here.

I placed an order for a shoe on December 5, and it has been marked as awaiting carrier pickup since then. By December 25, there was still no update on the status. I reached out to the customer support team three times over three weeks without receiving any responses. I even commented on social media, but my comment was deleted. Very disappointing service. 😌 I just want to know the whereabouts of my order; I hope this review prompts a response.
Ordered pricey trainers on the 21st for my daughter's birthday on the 1st of December. The parcel was initially sent out on Friday the 21st, but it was damaged in transit and returned by the courier before arriving. Fair enough, a second pair was sent. They were either left on my doorstep and stolen within 20 minutes, or the courier kept them! Proof of postage was just a picture of my unopened door. The third pair was sent out and eventually arrived on the 1st, but the packaging was flimsy, and the box was completely squashed – I've received shoes in better condition from second-hand sellers! Really disappointing first order experience and I won't be using this service again unless they change their courier.
