I placed an order for a shoe on December 5, and it has been marked as awaiting carrier pickup since then. By December 25, there was still no update on the status. I reached out to the customer support team three times over three weeks without receiving any responses. I even commented on social media, but my comment was deleted. Very disappointing service. 😌 I just want to know the whereabouts of my order; I hope this review prompts a response.
