I've spent close to £400 with Sissix and they couldn't even be bothered to send an email to advise that my order placed on the 18th has been delayed. It's not even been shipped.I booked time off work so I could accept delivery during the expected delivery time given to me!!! I emailed Sissix (I couldn't find a telephone number for them) and received what felt like either a cut and paste generic response or AI with no acknowledgement of the fact I've wasted my leave from work unnecessarily. Where is their respect for their customers time? A simple email from them could have avoided this.In response to my email I was told 'technical issues' have held up my order with no explanation of what those technical issues are. Is my data safe with Sizzix? Have Sizzix been hacked? What is going on?I'm concerned. 2 weeks after ordering I still have no idea what day I can expect my order or whether it will turn up when I'm at work and be dumped on the doorstep by the delivery company. Really disappointed. It's a shame as their products are well reviewed, I just have no confidence in receiving them.
