Review Time
I have spent nearly £400 with the company, and they haven't even taken the time to send an email to inform me that my order placed on the 18th is delayed. It hasn't even shipped yet. I arranged to take time off work to accept the delivery during the expected timeframe provided! I reached out via email (as I couldn't find a phone number) and received what seemed like a generic response with no acknowledgment of the fact that I wasted my time off work. Where is their consideration for customers' time? A simple email could have prevented this. In their reply, I was informed that 'technical issues' have delayed my order, but there was no clarification on what those issues are. Is my information secure with the company? Have they experienced a security breach? What is happening? I'm really concerned. Two weeks after placing my order, I still have no idea when I can expect it or whether it will arrive while I'm at work, risking having it left on my doorstep by the delivery service. I'm very let down. It's unfortunate because their products have good reviews; I just lack confidence in receiving them.

Where is their respect for their customers time? A simple email from them could have avoided this.In response to my email I was told 'technical issues' have held up my order with no explanation of what those technical issues are. Is my data safe with Sizzix? Have Sizzix been hacked? What is going on?I'm concerned. 2 weeks after ordering I still have no idea what day I can expect my order or whether it will turn up when I'm at work and be dumped on the doorstep by the delivery company. Really disappointed. It's a shame as their products are well reviewed, I just have no confidence in receiving them.
When ever a give a review of a product or company I'm very honest and truthful , this is my first time dealing with Sizzix Company and having one of there products which is a big shot die cutting machine, having emailed them with the problem of my machine not cutting correctly which was purchased April this year as a gift , it took a day or two for them to reply which was no problem the email was polite and they were ready to help which they did after seeing the proof of purchase and picture I attached to my email of the machine failure to cut within two days I received a new big shot machine , I have to say I found the company and its staff were very professionally and polite with me , a big thankyou to Cerys who I corresponded with throughout all this
Every time i shop with this company i get issues. They blame technical issues, staff shortages etc etc. Items left from order with no explanation of a refund or a follow-on item. Good products just the UK side of things needs a kick up the.....
Been waiting now 2 months for an answer. Half of the order of £155 missing. They have sent 10 emails asking the same question. What I ordered and what is missing. Even who am I even though logged into there website and on their tickiter system.Stay away from this company.Next stage will be small claims court.They have no customer service what so ever.Never known a company that doesn't know what they are doing.Even reported to their USA headquarters but no reply.Please stay away.No telephone number to call. Wonder why?
This company is scamming me too. 30 days ago i placed an order, it doesn’t not show in my account, no tracking and I have sent 5 messages. One response, I was told they had a big sale and overwhelmed. But for your inconvenience , we are including a nice free gift. BS. As I can see I am not the only one. I asked 4 days ago to cancel this, NO RESPONSE.Time for lawsuits and shut this scamming company down.
I’ve never had a problem with any of the tools, dies or anything else I’ve purchased from this company. I do think they are overpriced, but I have bought a lot of their stuff and have yet to be disappointed. Delivery takes a while and their customer service isn’t the fastest, but their products, in my experience, are some of the best out there for crafters. I use them every day!
I bought the Sizzix Switch, for a considerable amount of money, and after 14 months it just stopped working. I investigated a bit and discovered that I am just one of so many customers in this position. There is another person who has left a review on Trust Pilot, who also has experienced this, and it seems Sizzix have completely washed their hands of this fault. They said I should have extended the warranty. I didn't even know there was an extendable warranty - but the sales pitch was all about how reliable their machines are. Doesn't seem like they are owning up to a major flaw in their design. Absolutely appalling customer service. The cost of this machine is eye watering - and is very short lived.
