What do I think of Sizzix dies? 5*. What so I think of their customer service? 0*. It seems that, over the past couple of years, things have got much worse- they used to be so helpful and obliging !Not Now. My latest order had 2 things missing. Nothing enclosed or emailed to say "sorry" or "We'll refund you the out of stock things". I emailed them, and told them they were not included in the order. One WAS out of stock, but the other is merely missing. They REFUSE to send the missed out item, or give me a P&P break if I re-order it! As a result, I will have to pay almost an EXTRA £4 to get the item THEY FORGOT TO SEND!! If I Bother...Which I probably won't. You would think they would treat long term customers, who generally order £100+ at a time, better, but it seems that they think they can do without our business! Funny way to treat customers IMO. I am ordering from them less frequently as a result of my previous service experiences with them, over the past year or two, but this may be the final straw.
