If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Worst experience in many years of travel.First, they cancel the train without any notice. We get on a different train and at the second stop there are “technical” issues that leave us sitting for well over 2 hours. For the remainder of what was supposed to be a 4.5 hour journey, we faced countless stops and delays due to ongoing “technical issues”. As I type, we are 7.5 hours and counting on a train ride that was supposed to be 4.5 hours. We are stopped yet again with no information about how long this delay will be.Attendants were not helpful and only sometimes made announcements in English. We will never use this service again.
