Expensive train tickets, yet the trains are constantly delayed or cancelled. It is extremely unreliable, unfortunately, but I frequently need to commute from Malmö-Örebro. On my last two journeys home, I arrived 3-4 hours late (eg around 3 am both times) due to delays or trains being cancelled. I rarely have a journey where I arrive on time, and costumer service is consistently apathetic. Today I had to spend time trying to get a train (which was cancelled once before), rebooked again due to a second cancellation. I only learned it was cancelled the second time after happening to see it in the app (no text nor email was sent about it). Had to deal with a costumer service agent, Hanna, who was extremely unhelpful and lacked a shred of empathy. Instead of refunding me for the original SJ ticket, she kept trying to get me to connect the second train provider. She was quick to cancel our chat. The second agent refunded me right away. Thus, getting help can be as inconsistent as the train company.
