I previously posted a review that went unanswered, so I'm sharing it again here. We bought a vehicle over a year ago and have faced issues since day one. There was an exhaust problem shortly after the purchase, which they covered. However, an ongoing engine issue remains unresolved despite significant expenses on repairs. I've faced multiple dangerous situations due to the car's erratic behavior, especially with young children in the vehicle. Now, I must sell it at a loss after incurring repair costs. Our garage couldn't identify the fault, and I was advised to seek a costly diagnosis from the manufacturer, which we declined. I've been dealing with this issue since the purchase and will be pursuing further action with the company due to the stress caused.
