Ordered a garage item 4 days before Christmas. I requested delivery by their 2-3 delivery express delivery at an extra cost. I received a email the next day stating item was being prepared for delivery. The item was not delivered within the requested time. In fact i ordered other items from other companies at the same same and they were delivered prior to Christmas. After the Christmas break I sent a email and asked them where was my order. Also reimbursement of the extra cost of enhanced delivery. No reply was received at all or refund of enhanced delivery charge. The item arrived 6 January 16 days after the order date. With no explanation of why the delay or any reimbursement. Not a good service THEY failed when others delivered good service
