Poor service and no response to my email

Ordered a garage item 4 days before Christmas. I requested delivery by their 2-3 delivery express delivery at an extra cost. I received a email the next day stating item was being prepared for delivery. The item was not delivered within the requested time. In fact i ordered other items from other companies at the same same and they were delivered prior to Christmas. After the Christmas break I sent a email and asked them where was my order. Also reimbursement of the extra cost of enhanced delivery. No reply was received at all or refund of enhanced delivery charge. The item arrived 6 January 16 days after the order date. With no explanation of why the delay or any reimbursement. Not a good service THEY failed when others delivered good service

The package received after waiting over…

The package received after waiting over 3 weeks,and I had to chase SJ Tools to find out were the package was. The cardboard box was too small; therefore, the box ends split, losing the nuts for the Ubolts, split pins also lost.I have dealt with crap companies in my time, but SJ Tools is right up there.

I was disappointed to learn that the items I ordered could not be delivered within the timeframe stated on my order confirmation. I also struggled to get through on the phone, which was frustrating. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and professional response I received via email. My order was cancelled and refunded the very next day, which I really appreciated

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, ordered an item with 2/3 day delivery. Over a week later I have still not received it. Impossible to contact them via the phone number, not sure why they have one to be honest. As your reply states you did send it first class, but well after the date it was supposed to arrive and after several failed attempts to contact you. So I’m not really sure how your comment is relevant.

No GOODERS, DISHONEST

Have purchased some items on eBay, they've said despatch and when to receive them. Guess what, no items, no delivery and totally ignoring my messages. Should be banned from trading on line. I have just opened a case against these con-artists. They seem to forget that it is the customers keep them going. Bunch of disrespectful, dishonest and no gooders.

Do not use!!!!

Ordered items back in May. On the many times I have rung the contact number in referance to my order and where is it, there has been little to no response .On the two occasions I have managed to speak to someone I’ve been informed that they are waiting for my items to come in. They have taken my money and have not fulfilled delivery or a follow up on my order.This company is scamming people out of money and are not to be trusted .Do not use!
