I received an email stating my orders are delayed and probably won't arrive in time for the holiday. They suggested I print a gift certificate to hand over instead of a gift. This is a joke; I've never seen such poor service. Families may not have the funds to replace the gift while awaiting refunds, and it’s heart-wrenching to think of how many kids' holidays will be ruined. Do they really believe children want to wake up to an IOU, just to hold on to people's money? Disgusting.
