I received a notification about my order being delayed and it likely won't arrive in time for the holiday. They suggested I print a gift certificate instead, which I find completely absurd. I've never experienced such inadequate service. It's disheartening, especially for families who may struggle to replace the gift while waiting for a refund. Imagine children waking up to an IOU instead of their presents; this is unacceptable.

Families may not have the funds to replace the gift while awaiting refunds, and it’s heart-wrenching to think of how many kids' holidays will be ruined. On my first order, after several delays, I finally received... the wrong item! I ordered a complete BMX wheel - gold, rear wheel, and received a purple front wheel instead. I've ordered a replacement and contacted the service, so how they resolve this will determine if this review remains at 1 star. Thankfully, I paid with a credit card, so if they don't handle this well as described in other reviews, I'll initiate a chargeback.
The package did not arrive on time as promised. The size I ordered changed during the purchase, resulting in an unwanted size being delivered. Customer support is dreadful, and I now have to print three invoices and a return label, while searching for a pickup location. This will cost me £5.95 for nothing. They are based overseas. As a UK consumer, you're better off using a local option. This service is a total joke; be cautious.
Extremely slow service. My parcel hasn't moved for a week and there's no updated tracking. Overall, this service is quite poor. I don't understand why they use such a subpar delivery option. I will be switching to a different UK company for future orders. Affordable products, but a 15-day delivery time in today's world is unacceptable!
