I ordered two pairs of girls' shoes but received a pair in men's size 13 instead. The customer service has been terrible. Despite my health issues, I was told to print a return label, which I cannot do. They ignored my requests for assistance and stated I would only be refunded upon receipt of the return, which could take weeks. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I will no longer shop with them.
