This store truly deserves no stars. I bought a pair of anti-slip shoes, and after a month, I faced issues with the internal sole. After speaking with the manager and contacting customer service, my concerns were dismissed as not being a manufacturer defect. I have since encountered additional issues, and despite multiple visits, I was told my warranty had expired by just a week. The service has been unacceptable, and I feel let down.
