Ordered some school shoes for my son and paid $15 for the express shipping hoping they'd arrive before school started, still hadn't been shipped by the expected delivery time frame so I contacted support who informed me they couldn't find my order, instead of finding it they refunded me. Except I didn't receive my refund. I contacted support once again after 2 weeks to find out that there was a "refund glitch". Now it's been a month since my purchase and I still have no shoes or refund and a measly apology.
