I called into Skechers, Botany Store and purchased some shoes for my Brother. They were wrong Size, so I returned them. The Store advised that they could request Correct Size and arrange for them to be Delivered to my Home Address.This was on 29th September.I phoned Skechers on 9th October as No sign of the Shoes.Girl there informed ne that they have to Contact their Customer Service Team via e-mail and this could take 1-2 Days.I called again 12th October and was informed by Skechers, Botany that they are still trying to Contact their Customer Service Team.So, I asked - 'can't you Phone them'. Response - Cannot get hold of them.What the Hell. You call this Customer Service - Absolutely Pathetic.You may have a Top Name Brand like Skechers BUT your Customer Service does Definitely NOT back this up and I will think Twice about buying Skechers shoes again.
