I visited a store and felt completely ignored by the sales assistant. I found the shoes myself and when I asked for a different size, the assistant was absent. When he finally returned, I asked for the size, and he checked, saying only larger sizes were available. I inquired about the desired size in another color, and he yelled that he didn’t have time to check. Frustrated, I said I would go to another store that could assist me. He then quickly looked it up and mentioned it might be available elsewhere. By then, we were already leaving. There were only two other customers in the store at the time. We decided to take our business elsewhere. I really enjoy the brand, but I won’t tolerate poor service.
